Common questions.
No. OnBrio charges 0% transaction fees. You keep every dollar you invoice. Payment processor fees (charged by Stripe or your bank) still apply, but OnBrio adds nothing on top.
In OnBrio, open a project and enable the retainer billing schedule. Set the amount, billing cycle (weekly, monthly, quarterly), and start date. OnBrio generates and sends the invoice on schedule and auto-reminds if unpaid.
Yes. OnBrio supports both card payments and ACH bank transfer (US). Clients choose their preferred method inside the portal. Bank transfer is especially useful for larger invoices where card fees would be significant.
When creating an invoice, you can set a reminder schedule — for example, 3 days before due, on the due date, and 7 days after. OnBrio sends polite, branded reminder emails automatically. You can also trigger a manual reminder at any time.
OnBrio integrates with QuickBooks Online and exports invoices in CSV for import into Xero, FreshBooks, or your accountant's preferred format. Native Xero sync is on the roadmap for the Agency and Studio plans.
