We also automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session information to improve our service.

  • Provide, operate, and improve the OnBrio platform
  • Process payments and send billing notifications
  • Send important service updates and security alerts
  • Respond to support requests and questions
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security policies ensuring strict data isolation between workspaces. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and apply industry-standard encryption at rest.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Supabase for database hosting) solely to operate the service.

5. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Email privacy@onbrio.comwith the subject “Data Deletion Request.”

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your workspace data is purged within 30 days.
